2. Description of Service

ClaudeXchange is a community platform for sharing and discovering Claude Code configurations, including CLAUDE.md files, skills, workflows, prompts, MCP configurations, and hooks.

3. User Accounts

To share content on ClaudeXchange, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. User Content

By submitting content to ClaudeXchange, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain malicious code or harmful instructions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or commercial solicitation
• Share configurations designed to cause harm or bypass security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The ClaudeXchange platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by ClaudeXchange and protected by intellectual property laws. User-submitted configurations remain the property of their respective authors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClaudeXchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that user-submitted configurations will work as described, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Always review configurations before using them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaudeXchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any configurations obtained through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
